Biography
Candy Dougherty is a law clerk for the Honorable Stephen Skillman, P.J.A.D. Before attending law school, Candy wrote web-based software for government agencies, schools and major media outlets. Most recently, she was the eBusiness Solutions Manager for a major digital communications provider in New England.
Candy obtained her B.S. in Information Technology, with honors, from the University of Phoenix and her J.D., with high honors, from Rutgers School of Law - Camden. While in law school, Candy was a Marshall-Brennan fellow, an editor for the Journal of Law and Religion, a research/teaching assistant and a member of the trial and international law moot court teams. Candy also received the Chief Justice Richard J. Hughes Award (highest achievement in New Jersey practice & procedure) for her work in the Civil Practice Clinic.
Candy coaches the international law moot court team.
