Biography
Professor Braithwaite received B.S.(cum laude)from LaSalle Univ. Graduated Univ. of Penna. Law School in 1973 and received a Masters of Law Degree from the Univ. of VA Law School in May 2001. Professor Braithwaite teaches Torts and Criminal Procedure-Investigations. Since Aug. 1984 until his recent retirement, he served as a judge on the Superior Court of New Jersey. The last eleven years of his tenure he was a member of the Appellate Division, the State of New Jersey's intermediate appellate court. During his tenure as judge he authored approximately 75 published opinions and was a member of the panel on numerous others.
