Biography

Ms. Chao received her B.A. in 1967 from Providence University. She received her M.S.L.S. from the Graduate School of Library and Information Science at Villanova University in 1970. Ms. Chao joined the library staff in 1979 to set up the cataloging department and RLIN system before her appointment as head of technical and automated services in 1984. Prior to her coming to the School of Law - Camden, Ms. Chao worked with Temple Law Library and Air Asia in Taiwan.
