Biography

Professor Chase, an expert in landlord-tenant law, is a current author and editor of Powellon Real Property, as well as numerous articles, including works in the Texas and NYU law reviews. He received his B.A. from Williams College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D. from Tulane Law School, where he was note editor of the law review and a member of the Order of the Coif. Professor Chase also has been a Fellow at the Harvard Law School and the Harvard Divinity School. He teaches Contracts, Property, Landlord-Tenant Law, and Remedies.
