Biography

Professor Coombs graduated magna cum laude from Stanford University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School. As an expert in family law and criminal law and procedure, he conceived and drafted the federal Parental Kidnaping Prevention Act. He teaches Family Law, Evidence, Criminal Procedure, and Child Custody.
