Biography

Provost Dennis received his B.S. with honors and his J.D. magna cum laude from Northwestern University. Prior to coming to Rutgers he was Special Assistant to the Assistant Attorney General for Antitrust and an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He was Dean of the law school from 1990-97. Provost Dennis writes and teaches in the areas of Antitrust and Securities Regulation.
