Biography

Professor Goldfarb, a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School, focuses her research on the areas of family law and violence against women. She previously served as senior staff attorney at the NOW Legal Defense and Education Fund, where she founded and chaired the National Task Force on the Violence Against Women Act. She has also taught at the Harvard, University of Pennsylvania, and New York University law schools. Professor Goldfarb teaches Family Law, Professional Responsibility, Sex Discrimination, and Torts.
