Biography
Professor Korobkin received his B.A. summa cum laude and his J.D. cum laude from theUniversity of Michigan and an A.M. in English and American Literature and Language from Harvard. Professor Korobkin is one of the major contributors to the debate about the principles of bankruptcy law. He has written ten articles on the subject, including widely cited articles in the Columbia and Texas Law Reviews. He teaches Bankruptcy and Commercial Law subjects.
