BRENDA LEE EUTSLER, ESQUIRE
Ms. Eutsler is a partner with the law firm of Asbell & Eutsler, P.A.,Cherry Hill,NJ. She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate and trust administration, probate and fiduciary litigation, guardianships and elder law. Ms. Eutsler is President-Elect of the Camden County Bar Association and serves as Co-Chair of the Probate and Trust Committee. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Camden County Bar Foundation’s Public Benefits Committee. She is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association's Elder Law and Probate and Trust Sections.
Ms. Eutsler was honored by being included on the April 2011“New Jersey Super Lawyers” list published by Super Lawyers magazine. She is frequently a panelist for seminars presented by the Camden County and Burlington County Bar Associations and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJ-ICLE). She was an instructor for several years with the NJ-ICLE Skills and Methods course for new lawyers on Estate Planning and Estate Administration. Ms. Eutsler speaks before professional, business and civic groups on her areas of practice.
Ms. Eutsler has served as a member of the District IV Ethics Committee and is currently a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court's Roster of Qualified Mediators. She is an adjunct professor at Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, NJ, teaching Estates and Trusts.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Eutsler served as Deputy Surrogate of CamdenCounty, serving as Clerk to the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Probate Part. She was also self-employed for several years as a contract paralegal and provided services to law firms in South Jersey in her now practice areas. She was a founding member of the South Jersey Paralegal Association and a member of the Supreme Court Committee on Paralegal Education and Regulation.
Ms. Eutsler devotes considerable time to fundraising efforts for charitable organizations. She is a former Chairperson of the South Jersey Chapter of the March of Dimes and served for several years as Chair of the Chapter's Annual Sports Awards Banquet. In 2011, she received the Good Neighbor Award from the Camden County Chapter of the American Red Cross for her advocacy on behalf of the elderly and families.
Ms. Eutsler received her B.S., with high honors, in Business Management from Rutgers University School of Business, Camden, NJ, and her J.D., with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, NJ.
