           Prerequisites: Immigration Law(669) or Immigration and Naturalization Law(537)

A simulation course in counseling and litigation in immigration practice. Course will cover the primary areas of immigration practice including:family law, removal, political asylum, business visas, naturalization and criminal law in the immigration context.
Simulations and writing assignments may include: role plays of CIS interviews, legal memorandum, mock hearing, asylum case preparation. Grade will be based upon written assignments, role plays and class participation.
