A survey course that examines practice and procedure in New Jersey courts at trial and appellate levels. General emphasis is on civil trial and appellate practice. Also covers criminal procedure, family law, administrative agency procedure, and Federal court practice concerns, as well as a consideration of prerogative writs and general equity matters, State constitutional law, and the confluence of law, politics and legal doctrines in New Jersey.
