601:621. INTRODUCTION TO INTERNATIONAL LAW (3)
This is a survey course on public international law, with an emphasis on international sources of law
(treaties, custom, general principles) and institutions (notably international organizations and
international courts and arbitral tribunals). It also considers how international law is dealt with under the
United States Constitution. Some selected substantive areas, such as the law of the sea, environmental
law, use of force and human rights are typically addressed.
