        Prerequisite:    Antitrust or permission of Professor.

This class will explore cutting-edge issues in antitrust law today.  It will build on the basic antitrust class and cover topics including (1) government enforcement, (2) law and enforcement in the European Union, (3) issues relating to intellectual property, (4) the pharmaceutical industry, and (5) climate change.  Special attention will be paid to current issues of antitrust law and enforcement.
