Biography

Professor Ginsburgs received a bachelors degree from the College Francais de Shanghai in China and a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. from UCLA. An expert in East European law and the law of the former Soviet Union, he is the author of many books and articles. He teaches International Law, East European law, and comparative law courses.
