Erika currently teaches international commercial arbitration and serves as a faculty advisor for the Vis International Moot Court program. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. She is a former associate in Clifford Chance’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, where she focused on international commercial arbitration and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Erika was an associate at Saiber LLC, where she focused on commercial litigation matters. She was a law clerk to the Honorable Dennis J. Braithwaite, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. She served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Theodore A. McKee, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Honorable Joel B. Rosen, United States Magistrate Judge for the United District Court of New Jersey. Erika served as a Raimondo Legislative Fellow at the Eagleton Institute of Politics and worked for the New Jersey Senate. She also interned for the United States Embassy in Malta. Erika earned her B.A. with distinction from Rutgers College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden.
