Herbert D. Hinkle has represented people with disabilities continuously since 1974, and is the founding partner of Hinkle, Fingles & Prior. He served as Director of the New Jersey Division of Advocacy for the Developmentally Disabled for 10 years. Mr. Hinkle has served on the Board of Directors of Autism New Jersey, United Cerebral Palsy of New Jersey, the Arc and Easter Seals. He holds a J.D. from Rutgers Camden School of Law and a LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University School of Law. He is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
