Biography Louis R. Moffa, Jr. is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of several practice groups including the Commercial Litigation Group, the Construction Law Group and the Labor, Employment & Immigration Group of Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP. He is also General Counsel to the Firm. He is resident in the Firm’s Cherry Hill, New Jersey office. For more than three decades, Mr. Moffa has been an active trial and appellate litigator. His complex litigation practice has focused on civil rights and constitutional tort cases, commercial and construction contracts, business torts, and employment/wrongful discharge cases. In addition, he has extensive experience in the area of state and local public bidding and contracting.
Mr. Moffa is a member of the American, New Jersey, District of Columbia, and Camden County Bar Associations. He is Treasurer of the Camden County Bar Association, and a trustee of the Camden County Bar Foundation. He serves as a trustee and is vice-chairman of the Board of the Camden County College Foundation. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross - Camden County Chapter.
