Samuel Simon is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland Law School. He served as a law clerk in the New Jersey state and federal trial courts, and then as an appellate attorney in the Department of Justice in Washington. Since 1977 he has practiced law with firms in Philadelphia and New York in the areas of securities, antitrust, appellate, and complex litigation.
