Tom Ryan is Director of Information Technology at Rutgers University School of Law - Camden. Prior to joining the Law School in 1994, Tom was an independent consultant for various technological entities.
An active developer and proponent of education technologies and open source methodology, Tom has presented on these topics at conferences for CALI and the ABA as well as the JAG School for the US Army.
