William R. McLaughlin serves as managing attorney of the Federal Prisoner Reentry Project and co-director of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. Before coming to Rutgers, he worked as a staff attorney at South Jersey Legal Services, where he represented indigent clients in a wide variety of civil matters.
