Family and divorce mediation services are provided through the South Jersey Mediation Center/Mediation Works. Founded in 1995 by Carl B. Viniar, South Jersey Mediation Center is the most active mediation center in South Jersey. It provides divorce and family mediation services and advocates for the mediation process. Carl B. Viniar and Nancy L. Hawn have been effectively helping couples resolve divorce related issues that impact the entire family in a positive manner. They have also worked with parties in other family issues such as domestic partnerships, post divorce matters and prenuptial agreements.

South Jersey Mediation Center has been affiliated with Rutgers Camden Medication Center Since January 1, 2010. South Jersey Mediation Center offers discounted services to the Rutgers Community. A 10% discount on fees is offered to all full-time Rutgers employees and full-time Rutgers students. A 5% discount is given to part-time Rutgers employees and Rutgers alumni.
