What could strike fear in the hearts of men?
Why is there panic at old Fifth & Penn?
While no one was looking, something transpired.
Maureen Murphy Aguilar decided to retire.

You’ll smile at the date and you won’t believe,
But it’s no April Fools joke, she’s taking her leave.
Her new founded freedom will start April first.
She’s leaving the law school – what could be worse?

Her papers are filed, it makes our eyes misty.
We can’t even hope for reprieve from Chris Christie!
Our own favorite Irishman will depart all too soon,
For weeks full of Saturdays and sleeping till noon.

To show her how much we all really care,
We’re having a party and hope you’ll be there.
We’re asking you all – even the Dean -
To arrive at the party wearing your green!
