* = This three credit course has been scheduled to reduce the late-hour meeting by one-half. The two-hour session beginning at 6:10pm meets every week. The two-hour session beginning at 8:10pm meets every other week, with the first two-hour late session meeting on the earliest possible weekday of the semester.
* Bankruptcy Workshop meets in room E108 alternate Thursdays, 4:00-5:50 on Jan 17, 31, Feb 14, 28, March 14, April 4, 18, 2013.
Practice Externship meets in room E108 the opposite Thursday, 4:00-5:50 on Jan 24, Feb 7, 21, March 7, 28, April 11, 2013.

Investigator Practicum runs on the undergrad schedule meeting Wednesday ,January 23 through Wednesday, May 8, 2013.
DL = Distance Learning: ABA rules limit students to only 12 credits of Distance Learning toward the 84 credits needed for the JD degree.
International Environmental Law (Payne) scheduled in E110, a distance learning capable classroom.
Intro to UCC (Patterson) is distance learning. This 3-credit course is taught asynchronously.  Students planning to sit for the NY Bar upon graduation should be aware that they need 86 credits, rather than the normal Law School graduation requirement of 84, in order to meet NY's bar-eligibility requirement of 83 non- asynchronous credits.
I = INTENSIVE COURSES:
Advanced Legal Research (Butler) meets Tuesday beginning Jan 15, ending February 26, 2013.
Business Torts begins Tuesday, Jan 15, ending February 28, 2013
Evidence II (Gavin) is an intensive course running the first nine weeks of the semester, beginning Wed Jan 16 and ending Wed. March 13, 2013.
Legalism Seminar (Dane)
Securities Regulations runs for 10 weeks. Last class will be March 13, 2013.
EXCLUSIONS:
Hunter Moot Court: Students who take Hunter Moot Court may not also take Persuasion in Legal Writing. Students who have had Persuasion in Legal Writing may take Hunter Moot Court, but will earn only one (1) graded credit in the fall semester (and two credits in the spring semester).
Immigration Law: Students taking this course may not also take Immigration and Naturalization Law (537-11 | Books).
Intro to UCC: Students who have previously taken Sales or Secured Transactions may not take this course.
Room Locations: Room numbers beginning with E are in the new East building. Room E107 is the Moot Court Room. Room E107-A is the Jury Room.
