Dean’s Law Day, for admitted students only, is a great way to get more academic and student life information as you begin to make your final law school decision. Join more than 100 faculty, students, staff, and alumni at this exciting Rutgers Law event. Attend a mock-1L class, hear alumni who practice in diverse areas of law, discover our renowned faculty at seminar presentations, talk to financial aid, tour the federal courthouse, and much more.

Terms and conditions for Dean’s Highest Academic Excellence Scholarship

This award carries a Full tuition stipend that will be applied directly against your tuition (it does not cover fees) and it contemplates that you will move into and continue to reside in the state of New Jersey.  You will be eligible for reappointment of this Dean's Academic Scholarship award during your second and third years (or fourth year if you are a part-time student), contingent upon your maintaining an overall academic average that is in the top 40% of your class during your first academic year of study at Rutgers, and for each academic year thereafter.

These directions apply to Rutgers School of Law-Camden Scholarships numbered 1 through 28 on this web site.  Some scholarships have specific requirements needed to qualify.  In your statement you may indicate that you wish to apply for all scholarships that you would qualify for or you may indicate that you only wish to apply for specific scholarships.  (You only need to send one set of application materials which will be applied toward as many of the scholarships numbered 1 through 28 as you indicate.)
