To afford all admitted first year law students a small class experience in one of their core subjects their first semester, Rutgers Law School is delighted to announce the continuation of the Jump Start Summer Class.

This year's class will include three summer classes (you will only be able to register for one summer class).

Starting June 20-August 8:

All incoming students are issued an RUID – Rutgers Student ID number to be used instead of your Social Security Number. If you are starting in the fall, you may be able to obtain your RUID by filling out the form on the following website:

If your information is not yet available by using that link, you must use your Rutgers NetID and password to login to the My Rutgers Portal, located at:

Get your NetID - Create a username/password - This link gives you instructions on how to obtain a NetID from the University and then to also add that new NetID to the law school's website so that you can login to the law school.

Get your RUID - All incoming students are issued an RUID, click on this link to get yours.
