Law IT Looking to Hire Student Workers

Law IT is looking to hire one or two students for 10-15 hours a week to help with answering our helpdesk phone, taking messages and loaning and collecting our student loaner laptops. They will also be trained in the installation of the student printers, configuring the Rutgers wireless internet on laptops and mobile devices and basic support for the school's smart classroom systems. These positions require the ability to enter information into our web-based helpdesk system while speaking to someone on the phone, but no previous technical experience is required.
